REACH ONE TEACH ONE
Yoga is non-judgemental and creates a safe and welcoming space for anyone who wants or needs to support their physical and mental health.
These classes are fun, playful, challenging and supportive. Family sessions are wonderful for bonding, especially for children with attachment issues.
We focus on self-esteem, mindfulness, meditation and relaxation techniques, as well as games, partner yoga and building our physical practice.
